Safety For Our Technicians And Clients

We want to provide an update surrounding our policies and procedures as it relates to the coronavirus (COVID-19) and the Omicron variant. We are committed to continuing to serve the needs of our clients. We have steps and precautions that are intended to keep our clients and service professionals safe.

Precautions

Please follow the CDC recommendations to protect yourself and our technicians. We care about the safety and welfare of our clients. We ask if any client is sick or have the known symptoms of COVID-19 or the omicron variant. For everyone’s safety! The technician will not be able to perform services in the client’s home or office. Routine cleaning of workspaces and vans is done by our staff and our technicians wash their hands often. They wipe down all work surfaces with sanitizing wipes where possible. Our technicians understand If there is reason to believe entering or servicing a client poses a health risk. They must let that client know their appointment will be delayed until the home is safe for the visit. The technician will immediately contact the scheduling department so that the best course of action can be determined for rescheduling.

Vaccination

Fix It First's clients are not required to be vaccinated or reveal their current vaccination status, nor are they required to wear masks or distance themselves from our technicians. As we continue to provide in-home services, our technicians must be cautious to provide safety for themselves and the client. The technicians must wear masks, shoe covers, and use hand sanitizer or disinfecting spray before entering the premises to be serviced. We believe in safety first.
