We want to provide some guidance around our policies and procedures as it relates to the coronavirus (COVID-19). We are committed to continuing to serve the needs of our customers, and as such, we have developed additional steps and precautions that are intended to keep our customers and service professionals safe. As we continue to provide services in the home, please follow CDC guidance to protect yourself and others, as well as the guidelines below:

We care about the safety and welfare of our customers. If any customer is sick for everyone’s safety, the technician will not be able to perform services to the customer’s home. We care about the safety and welfare of our technicians. We follow all CDC guidelines for routine cleaning of workspaces and ensure that our technicians wash their hands often. They wipe down all vans and work surfaces with sanitizing wipes where possible. Our techs understand If there is reason to believe servicing or entering a customer’s home poses a health risk, they will let the customer know their appointment must delayed until the home is safe for the visit, and the tech will immediately contact us so that we can determine the best course of action to service our customer’s needs.
